SLEEP AND RECORDER SIMPLIFIES HealthKit DATA ENTRY

Monitor your sleep pattern and progress with the HealthKit app on your iPhone. There's no need to remember the time you went to bed or got up. With Sleep Recorder adding those data points to Apple's HealthKit is simple.  

Just tap the buttons and the app records a timestamp for each step and automatically calculates the time you were in bed and asleep.

Optionally you can record your daily body weight with Weight Recorder an easy to use selector and one button entry into HealthKit.

In Bed or Sleep

Tap In Bed or Sleep to begin. The date and time is automatically recorded and displayed on your iPhone.

Bathroom

Tap Bathroom if you were asleep and got up to use the bathroom.

Can't Sleep

Tap Insomnia if you can't sleep and Sleep Recorder will save the time you were in bed in Healthkit. 

When you Wakeup

Tap Awake when you have awoken for the day. Sleep Recorder will record the date and time.

When you Get Up

Tap Got Up to record the time you got out of bed or Save to add the data points to HealthKit.

Elapsed Time

When you tap Save the time you were in bed asleep is displayed and your data points are entered in HealthKit data store.
